We offer free shipping on all furniture orders to standard delivery locations throughout the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) that are accessible by major freight carriers.

Because we work personally with every customer, we review your delivery address before your order is placed. If your location requires special freight arrangements, we will discuss all shipping options and any associated costs with you upfront — so there are never any surprises.

Some delivery locations fall outside standard carrier routes and may require special freight arrangements. These include, but are not limited to:

• Islands accessible only by ferry or barge
  
• Locations with seasonal or restricted road access
  
• Areas requiring terminal pickup rather than home delivery
  
• Remote rural addresses beyond standard carrier service zones
  

For these locations, additional shipping charges may apply. We will confirm all costs with you before your order is finalized, and you will always have the opportunity to approve any additional charges, and if you're not satisfied with the available shipping options, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
