Voucher rules
- Each voucher has a unique ID and can only be used once — permanently closed after use.
- We verify every voucher against our records before applying it. The ID must match exactly.
- Vouchers do not expire. Take your time.
- Rewards are issued only after the referred customer's order has been fully installed.
- If a purchase is refunded after a voucher was applied, a new replacement voucher will be issued to you.

Referral ID e.g. SMITH042We welcome referrals from people who've visited or spoken with us but haven't purchased yet. Pre-register with us and we'll assign you a permanent Referral ID to give to friends. Ask us about signing up.
There is no limit on how many people you can refer. Every qualifying referral earns a new voucher.
A note on taxes
We want to be upfront: referral rewards are considered income by the IRS. If the total rewards we issue you in a single calendar year exceed $600, we are required by law to issue you a 1099-MISC tax form and report the amount to the IRS.

If your rewards are approaching this threshold, we will contact you to collect a W-9 form before issuing further rewards. We recommend speaking with your tax advisor if you have questions.

- 7Suspected fraud or abuse of the referral program will result in disqualification without notice.
